Shrewsbury Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a town office, Worcester Registry office, court, or any other custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale

3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). We may block or restrict any user who violates these terms or abuses the site, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Governing Law
Massachusetts law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Requests for existing public records in the Shrewsbury workflow are separately governed by Massachusetts Public Records Law, including M.G.L. c.66, §10 and 950 CMR 32.00.
