Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that operates the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us directly, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatically Collected Information
Hosting systems may record routine log data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time stamps. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand use. Cookies or similar tools can support limited analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Information supports operation, troubleshooting, aggregate traffic review, and improvements. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Shrewsbury, Worcester, Massachusetts, library, archive, and outside search resources. The policy of the destination service governs anything submitted there, including a sponsored result provider.
Service Providers
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection and retains logs only for as long as the uses described above require them. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or on-site user profiles to maintain.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information a website keeps. Because we retain very little, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records are outside our control; Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, ยง10, directs requests for existing public records to the relevant custodian.
Policy Updates
Changes will appear here. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
